Jon Maxson serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Beacon Capital Management. For more than 20 years, Jon has worked alongside clients to help them build, implement, and navigate comprehensive financial and retirement plans. While he no longer takes on new clients, he works closely with Beacon’s financial advisors to ensure the firm’s clients are served with excellence, care, and consistency.
Jon has passed the Series 66 securities exam and holds life and health insurance licenses. Throughout his career, he has been featured in national and local media outlets, including Forbes, Fox Business, Reuters, CNBC, WSMV News Channel 4, WZTV Fox 17, and WTN Talk Radio 99.7. He also regularly speaks at financial advisor conferences.
Jon graduated from Tennessee Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business, and furthered his education by taking finance courses at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Outside of the office, Jon and his wife enjoy spending time with their boys, especially playing soccer and attending UT football games together.

Pete Benson is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Beacon Capital Management. His passion for helping people navigate their finances grew into a vision of building a firm dedicated to delivering honest, straightforward, and customized financial guidance for individuals and families at every stage of life.
With a long and accomplished career in the financial services industry, Pete now focuses his time on speaking at events and working closely with Beacon advisors to help provide clients with thoughtful, personalized financial planning. While he no longer takes on new clients, he remains actively involved in shaping the firm’s philosophy and approach to serving families well.
Pete has passed the Series 65 securities exam and holds life and health insurance licenses. He has been featured in national and local media outlets, including Forbes, Fox Business, Reuters, CNBC, WSMV News Channel 4, WZTV Fox 17, and WTN Talk Radio 99.7. He is also a frequent speaker at financial advisor conferences and has authored several books on financial planning.
Outside of work, Pete is passionate about running marathons and setting ambitious goals. He and his wife are active in their church and support several nonprofit organizations. In his free time, Pete enjoys reading, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Dan Benson serves as President of Beacon Capital Management and was officially the firm’s second employee. Over the years, he has grown alongside the company, developing a deep passion for helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals with clarity and confidence.
Dan earned his degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University, where he played collegiate soccer on scholarship. After graduation, he joined Beacon Capital Management as a financial advisor and has continued to expand his leadership and advisory role within the firm.
Dan holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, has passed the Series 66 securities exam, and maintains life and health insurance licenses. He has been featured on WSMV News Channel 4 and WTN Talk Radio 99.7 and regularly speaks at financial advisor conferences.

Tyron (Ty) Draper serves as a Financial Advisor at Beacon Capital Management and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification as well as the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation. He works with individuals and families who are serious about their financial future, guiding them through the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies built around the core pillars of financial planning: Investing, Income, Taxation, Healthcare, and Estate Planning.
As a fiduciary, Ty is committed to placing his clients’ interests first. His holistic and personalized approach to financial planning is shaped by life experience. In his twenties, Ty’s family experienced the loss of his father, an event that left a profound emotional and financial impact. Through that season, he developed a deep understanding of the importance of preparation, resilience, and thoughtful planning. Those lessons continue to inform the empathy and care he brings to every client relationship.
Ty is passionate about continuous growth and professional development. Most recently, he completed his MBA in Personal Financial Planning, fulfilling a promise he made to his late father more than two decades ago.
Outside of the office, Ty is active in the community and has served on the CATV Board and Metro Council. He was named Rotarian of the Year by the Green Hills Rotary Club in 2016. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, boating, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his family.
BILL ROGERS
Financial Advisor
Bill Rogers serves as a Financial Advisor at Beacon Capital Management, where he works with clients to create efficient, comprehensive financial plans designed to support long-term goals. His passion for financial planning was shaped early in life after watching his parents work hard to make ends meet. Motivated by those experiences, Bill began his career at age 19 as a full-time employee at one of the world’s largest financial firms.
Determined to understand how money works—and how to make it work effectively for families—Bill pursued advanced studies in financial planning, economics, and history at Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida. Through continued education and dedication, he rose quickly through the ranks and was selected to serve on the firm’s business resumption team, helping maintain operational continuity during times of disruption.
After ten years with the firm, Bill chose to become an independent advisor, where he further developed his approach to comprehensive planning. He later joined Beacon Capital Management to continue serving clients through personalized, thoughtful financial strategies. Bill has passed the Series 6 and Series 66 securities exams and holds life and health insurance licenses.
Outside of the office, Bill greatly values time with his family. He also enjoys fishing, boating, attending concerts, camping, and spending time outdoors.

David Lee graduated from Western Kentucky University with degrees in Corporate Financial Management and Personal Financial Planning. David Lee is deeply rooted in his faith and brings genuine care and intentionality to every client relationship. He and his wife, Morgan, and their children enjoy living in Nashville and are active members of Brentwood Church of Christ. Outside of the office, David Lee enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Nashville Predators.
CHRIS KEYS

Chris Keys serves as a Financial Advisor at Beacon Capital Management, where he works with clients to develop customized financial strategies designed to support their retirement goals. His passion for helping families navigate important financial decisions has grown through several roles within the firm.
Before becoming an advisor, Chris helped host Beacon’s informational retirement seminars, educating the community on key financial topics. He later joined the operations team, gaining valuable behind-the-scenes experience before pursuing his path as a Financial Advisor. Chris holds life and health insurance licenses, has passed the Series 66 securities exam, and earned his accounting degree from Mississippi College.
As a fiduciary financial advisor, Chris is committed to putting his clients’ interests first and providing guidance rooted in care, clarity, and long-term planning.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys following his favorite baseball teams, Mississippi State and the Boston Red Sox, and spending time with his family.
JUSTIN RADFORD
Financial Advisor
Justin Radford joined Beacon Capital Management after a distinguished 25-year career in the United States Air Force, where he served both as an enlisted airman and as a commissioned officer. Throughout his military service, Justin developed a passion for planning, education, and complex problem solving, skills he now brings to helping clients pursue their financial and retirement goals.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Military Arts and Science. During his Air Force career, he served in a variety of leadership and operational roles, including Financial Specialist, Aircraft Mechanic and Maintenance Officer, Squadron Commander, and Command Inspector. He received 17 annual awards for outstanding performance and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his efforts in helping build the international coalition to defeat ISIS.
When the time came to retire from military service, Justin sought a second career that would allow him to continue making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He believes that “a failure to plan is a plan to fail” and is passionate about helping individuals and families build thoughtful, well-structured financial strategies. Justin has passed the Series 66 securities exam and is also a City Leader with Bunker Labs, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veteran entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
Justin and his wife moved to Franklin in 2018, and together they have five children. Outside of the office, he enjoys continuous learning and investing time in his family and community.

Tommy Ferguson joined the Beacon family in September 2021 and works closely with clients to develop customized financial plans designed to support their retirement goals. He is passionate about helping individuals and families build clarity and confidence around their financial future.
A Tennessee native, Tommy grew up in Memphis and graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a degree in Managerial Finance and a minor in Economics. Prior to joining Beacon, he worked with an advisory firm in Memphis. He later served as a financial advisor in Nashville, gaining valuable experience guiding clients through a variety of financial decisions. Tommy has passed the Series 66 securities exam and holds a Life Insurance license.
Outside of the office, Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is active in the community through Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee and enjoys playing golf, hunting, and traveling.

Austin Reiser joined Beacon Capital Management in October 2021, where he works closely with clients to create customized financial plans designed to align with their goals and values. Austin has been interested in investing and personal finance for as long as he can remember. His first experience with the stock market came at age 12, when he purchased 10 shares of Apple—an early spark that grew into a lifelong passion.
Austin believes there is no better way to serve others than through life-centered financial planning. He is committed to helping individuals and families make confident, informed decisions about their financial future.
A Kentucky native, Austin was born and raised in Bowling Green, home of the Corvette and his alma mater, Western Kentucky University. During his time at WKU, he studied Financial Planning, served on the Gordon Ford College of Business Student Advisory Board, and was President of the Financial Planning Association. After graduation, Austin earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Frankie Merritt serves as a Financial Advisor and Healthcare Specialist at Beacon Capital Management, where he works alongside Beacon advisors to help clients integrate healthcare and insurance planning into their overall retirement strategy. He assists clients in navigating Medicare, long-term care considerations, and other insurance decisions to ensure their coverage aligns with their broader financial goals.
Frankie began his career in the financial and insurance industry in 2007 as a Registered Investment Advisor with MetLife. He has also worked with John Hancock and State Farm Insurance, building extensive experience across insurance and financial services. Frankie holds life, health, disability, long-term care, and property and casualty licenses and has passed the Series 65 and Series 66 securities exams.
Originally from Northern Indiana, Frankie and his wife, Kori, reside in Lebanon, Tennessee, where they are raising their three daughters. Outside of the office, Frankie enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering for church projects, reading, watching movies, and traveling.

Connor Roggie works with Beacon clients to create customized financial plans designed to align with their goals and values. His journey into personal finance began in college, where he read every personal finance book he could find. That deep-rooted passion led him to pursue a career as a Financial Advisor, driven by a genuine desire to serve others and help ease the financial burdens that can hold people back.
Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Connor made Nashville his home in 2021. He holds a double major in Finance and Business Management, along with a minor in Accounting, from Grove City College. During his time there, he was also a member of the men’s varsity soccer team. Connor earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and Chartered Life Underwriter® designation, has passed the Series 66 securities exam, and holds a Tennessee Health & Life Insurance license.

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Javier moved with his family to Mississippi at a young age. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. Following graduation, he worked as a staff accountant at a respected firm, specializing in individual and business tax returns and audits. This background provides him with a strong foundation in tax planning and financial analysis within a comprehensive wealth strategy. Javier is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve and support Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
Javier has passed the Series 65, Series 99TO (Operations Professional), and SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exams and holds a Life and Health Insurance license. His professional journey ultimately led him to Tennessee, where he found strong alignment with Beacon’s mission, values, and client-centered approach. Ginnie Benson serves as General Manager of Beacon Capital Management, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and supporting the continued growth and stability of the organization. As a foundational part of Beacon’s journey from its early years, Ginnie plays a key role in maintaining the firm’s strong operational structure and family-centered culture.
In the early years of her career, Ginnie focused on raising her three children while teaching piano lessons. She later began what was intended to be a short-term assignment at Bell South Mobility, which developed into a 13-year corporate career. During that time, she advanced to the position of Director of Telesales for Cingular Wireless, gaining extensive experience in leadership, operations, and team development. Her corporate background provides valuable insight and structure to Beacon’s internal operations today.
Ginnie’s leadership reflects a commitment to excellence, organization, and service—qualities that contribute meaningfully to the firm’s client experience and team culture.
Outside of the office, Ginnie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and visiting relatives in Canada.
BEN CHRISTY
Chief Operating Officer
Ben Christy oversees Beacon Capital Management’s operations, marketing, and support teams, providing leadership and strategic direction across the firm. With years of executive and organizational leadership experience, Ben focuses on aligning people, processes, and performance to ensure Beacon delivers an exceptional client experience while continuing to grow with purpose.
A Nashville native with deep roots in the Franklin community, Ben brings more than 15 years of marketing and leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has promoted New York Times best-selling authors and Grammy award-winning artists and partnered with numerous nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Beacon, Ben served as a marketing director for Dave Ramsey’s team, where he helped lead large-scale campaigns and strategic initiatives. In addition to his role at Beacon, Ben consults with an elite group of small businesses on strategic operational planning and serves on the board of directors for The Refuge Center for Counseling.
Ben is married to his wife, Michele, and together they have two children. He values family, community involvement, and building organizations that positively impact the lives of others.
YANCEY WADE, IACCP®
Chief Compliance Officer
Yancey Wade serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Beacon Capital Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the securities industry. He leads the firm’s compliance program, overseeing regulatory oversight and helping ensure adherence to applicable federal and state securities laws.
Yancey holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®) designation, a credential specifically designed for compliance professionals serving SEC-registered investment advisers (RIAs). He also maintains FINRA Series 7, 66, 4, 24, and 53 licenses. Throughout his career, Yancey has been passionate about helping financial advisors grow their businesses while navigating complex regulatory environments with clarity and confidence.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Yancey is deeply committed to his faith and enjoys singing in his church choir. Outside the office, he values time with his family and loves traveling, camping, and taking in the beauty of the Tennessee countryside.
JULIE MOSES
Operations Manager
Julie Moses plays a vital role in Beacon Capital Management’s operations, ensuring account transitions and client paperwork are handled with clarity and precision. She guides clients through the process of moving assets from prior institutions to new accounts, helping them understand each step along the way. Known as Beacon’s resident paperwork expert, Julie’s hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail help ensure accounts are processed efficiently and accurately.
As one of Beacon’s early team members, Julie joined the firm in 2007 and brings decades of operational experience to her leadership role. She oversees the Client Relations Administrator team, providing structure, training, and oversight to support a seamless client experience.
Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to joining Beacon, she spent 17 years as a Security Manager at Macy’s, where she developed strong leadership, organizational, and process management skills.
Julie and her husband, Jim, have three sons—Dalton, Ryan, and Kain. Their family stays busy year-round with baseball activities and enjoys spending time together.
LISA GORMAN
Customer Success Coordinator
Lisa Gorman joined Beacon Capital Management in December 2025 as Customer Success Coordinator. As the first smiling face you’ll see when visiting the office, Lisa is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Whether she’s offering a cup of coffee or a cookie or assisting with questions, she helps ensure each visit feels comfortable and cared for.
A Nashville native, Lisa graduated from Lipscomb University and brings a diverse professional background to Beacon. She has served in a variety of roles throughout her career, including customer service, executive assistant, and office manager, giving her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client care.
Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys painting, gardening, and creative upcycling projects. Most of all, she treasures time spent with family and friends.

Operations Administrator
Beth Pearce joined Beacon Capital Management in 2018 and plays an important role within the firm’s operations team. She works closely with billing and accounting to oversee processes, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth internal coordination. Her attention to detail and team-oriented mindset contribute to the strong operational foundation that supports Beacon’s client experience.
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Beth graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2006 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. She enjoys helping others and values collaborating as a team to achieve shared goals.
Beth is married to her husband, David, and they have a daughter, Ava. Outside of the office, she enjoys both playing and watching volleyball, spending time with her family, and taking trips to the beach.
DEE DEE WRIGHT
Client Relations Administrator
Dee Dee Wright supports Beacon Capital Management’s advisory team by helping keep daily operations running smoothly. She works closely with financial advisors to complete paperwork, schedule appointments, and assist with special projects, ensuring clients receive attentive and efficient service. Dee Dee enjoys serving others and values being part of a culture dedicated to helping families move forward with confidence.
With more than 12 years of customer experience—including 10 years in management—Dee Dee brings strong organizational skills and leadership insight to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, which enhances her ability to understand and support clients from a relational perspective.
A resident of Columbia, Tennessee, Dee Dee and her husband enjoy working out, watching movies, reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

With more than 20 years of experience in client relations, finance, and management, Melanie brings a strong background in organization and service to her role. A native Kentuckian who was raised in Nashville, she values the opportunity to support clients in the community she calls home.
Outside of the office, Melanie and her husband enjoy hiking, traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and their pets. She also has a deep appreciation for The Make-A-Wish Foundation, an organization that had a meaningful impact on her family through a wish granted to her daughter, Shelby.

As a woman planning for her own future, Karleigh’s dedication to helping people achieve financial independence has fueled her drive to grow and excel in the industry. Her personal journey inspires her to help others achieve their financial goals and build secure futures. Karleigh also holds a Life Insurance License.
A Nashville native, Karleigh is married with one child and a fur baby. Outside of work, she and her family embrace everything Music City has to offer, attending live shows and enjoying outdoor activities. BRANDON DOERING
Client Relations Administrator
Brandon Doering supports Beacon Capital Management’s advisory team by assisting with client review preparation, monitoring investment performance, and coordinating planning meetings. His detail-oriented approach and steady follow-through help ensure advisors are well-prepared and clients receive a smooth, organized experience.
Born and raised in Altoona, Wisconsin, Brandon graduated from Minnesota State Southeast Technical College. After relocating to Nashville, he spent seven years specializing in vintage guitar repair and restoration—an experience that sharpened his precision, patience, and craftsmanship. In 2020, Brandon decided to pursue his growing passion for finance. He passed the Life Insurance exam and Series 65 securities exam in 2021 and joined the Beacon team soon after.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Ally, golfing, playing classical guitar, fishing in Wisconsin, and playing bass in a jam band.
JACOB GREEN
Client Relations Administrator
Jacob Green supports Beacon Capital Management’s advisory team by assisting with operations, day-to-day coordination, and client meeting preparation. His attention to detail and commitment to organization help ensure advisors are well-prepared and clients experience a smooth, professional process.
A Tennessee native, Jacob was born and raised in Franklin and values the opportunity to serve the community he calls home. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Lipscomb University, where he developed a strong foundation in business operations and client engagement.
Jacob’s passion for people and community aligns naturally with Beacon’s relationship-driven culture. He enjoys contributing behind the scenes to help advisors focus on delivering thoughtful, comprehensive financial guidance.
Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, playing basketball, going to the beach, kayaking, and cheering on the University of Tennessee, the Tennessee Titans, and UNC basketball.
NOAH BLALOCK

Noah Blalock serves as a Client Service Administrator at Beacon Capital Management. Originally from Dodgeville, Wisconsin, Noah graduated from Rockford University in Illinois with a double major in Financial Economics and Organizational Leadership. From an early age, he enjoyed working with numbers, analyzing data, and building genuine relationships – interests that naturally led him to pursue a career in the financial services industry.
Noah is committed to delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented support to both clients and advisors. He has passed the Series 6, Series 63, and SIE examinations and holds life and health insurance licenses. His analytical mindset, combined with a relational approach, allows him to serve families with clarity and care as they work toward their financial goals.
Outside of the office, Noah enjoys staying active by playing basketball, strumming his guitar, and exploring the outdoors.
PARKER MORROW
Client Relations Administrator
Parker Morrow serves as a Client Service Administrator at Beacon Capital Management, where he brings more than 10 years of experience in client and customer relations. Originally from Austin, Texas, Parker earned his degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations from Harding University before beginning his career in marketing. Over time, he discovered a strong interest in finance and has spent the past several years growing within the financial services industry.
Parker is passionate about building meaningful relationships and takes pride in supporting both clients and advisors to help individuals and families move confidently toward their financial goals. His background in communication and client experience allows him to anticipate needs and deliver thoughtful, dependable service.
Outside the office, Parker lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with his wife, Rebecca, and their two sons. A proud Texas Longhorn fan (and Tennessee Titans supporter), he enjoys watching and playing sports – especially football, basketball, and golf. As a family, they love to travel, with cruising as their favorite way to vacation, followed closely by trips to Disney.
RACHEL WHITMER

Rachel Whitmer plays a strategic leadership role within Beacon Capital Management’s marketing and client communications efforts. As Client Communications & Marketing Specialist, she oversees key initiatives across marketing, client services, and operational coordination. From guiding first impressions and appointment flow to executing educational events and firm-wide campaigns, Rachel helps ensure every client touchpoint reflects Beacon’s commitment to excellence.
A member of Beacon’s early marketing team, Rachel joined the firm in 2014 and has been instrumental in shaping the structure and direction of its marketing strategy. Her responsibilities span client communications, event planning, advisor support, and cross-department coordination—bridging strategy with execution to enhance both client experience and firm growth.
Rachel began her academic and leadership journey at Cumberland University, where she earned a volleyball scholarship while studying Business Marketing. She later served as a graduate assistant volleyball coach and earned her MBA. Prior to joining Beacon, she built a strong foundation in hospitality and business operations as a sales and meeting coordinator at Gaylord Opryland and Drury Plaza, refining her strengths in organization, service, and event execution.
Introduced to Beacon through her parents—valued clients of the firm—Rachel found both professional purpose and personal alignment within the organization’s mission and culture.
A Franklin/Nashville native, Rachel still proudly calls Middle Tennessee home. She is married to her college sweetheart, Zach, and together they have two children. As a family, they enjoy sports, boating, music, and spending time outdoors with friends and loved ones.

Savannah Wilson is the creative force behind Beacon Capital Management’s educational seminars and marketing campaigns. She plays a key role in planning, promoting, and executing events that provide valuable financial education to the community. You may see her welcoming guests at a seminar or speak with her if you call in from Beacon’s weekly radio show. Savannah works closely with the advisory teams to ensure clients and prospects receive helpful, well-organized financial and retirement planning resources.
With a keen eye for planning and execution, Savannah brings both creativity and structure to every initiative. Her background in data entry and digital marketing has equipped her with strong organizational and technical skills, allowing her to effectively support Beacon’s outreach efforts.
Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Savannah grew up in the charming community of Goodlettsville. After completing her education at Volunteer State Community College, she began building her experience in marketing and operations, laying the foundation for her work at Beacon.

From website development and user experience to campaign strategy and content creation, Daisy helps guide prospective clients through meaningful digital engagement while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Originally from Central Florida, Daisy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Organizational Management from Warner University. It was during her honeymoon that she and her husband discovered the charm of Franklin, Tennessee—and within a year, they made Middle Tennessee their home.
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Daisy has worked across diverse industries, including advertising agencies, entertainment, publishing, live events, and financial services. Her background blends creative vision with strategic execution, helping Beacon deliver polished, purposeful, and compliant marketing initiatives.
Daisy resides in Nolensville with her husband, two sons, and two dogs. As a family, they enjoy cheering on the Nashville Predators and the Tennessee Titans, traveling, boating, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Isaac Knittle serves as a Data Analyst at Beacon Capital Management, where he supports the leadership and advisory teams by building dashboards and reports, optimizing processes, tracking the firm’s KPIs, and delivering key operational insights. His analytical work helps drive clarity, efficiency, and informed decision-making across the firm.
Born and raised in White Post, Virginia, Isaac graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. With a longstanding interest in both finance and therapy, he was drawn to the financial planning industry as a meaningful way to combine analytical skills with a desire to positively impact people’s lives.
Isaac has passed the Series 66 securities exam and holds life and health insurance licenses, further strengthening his understanding of the financial planning landscape.

Otto Price supports Beacon Capital Management’s advisory team as a Paraplanner, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and detailed plan analyses. He plays a key role in Beacon’s “Free Financial Plan Checkups,” conducting comprehensive reviews for prospective clients and helping provide thoughtful insights into their current financial strategies. His analytical mindset and thorough approach help ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the planning process.
Otto is passionate about serving others and finds fulfillment in helping individuals and families feel confident and supported as they navigate important financial decisions. He values being part of a team dedicated to delivering meaningful, client-centered guidance. He is currently working toward earning his Life, Health, and Series 65 licenses.

Mandy Benson supports Beacon Capital Management as Payroll Specialist, helping ensure the firm’s internal operations run accurately and efficiently. With a strong attention to detail and an understanding of both business operations and client-facing roles, Mandy plays an important part in supporting the team behind the scenes.
Mandy attended Nossi College of Art, where she pursued her passion for photography. Early in her career, she quickly developed a strong understanding of business operations while working in client relations, marketing, and event coordination. That experience provided her with a well-rounded perspective that she now brings to her role at Beacon.
Mandy and her husband, Dan, have three children—Kayleigh, Connor, and Imogen. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her children’s school activities and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
SHELLEY ROSE
Executive Administrative Assistant
Shelley Rose provides executive and operational support to Beacon’s CEO and COO, ensuring leadership initiatives and day-to-day operations run efficiently and seamlessly. With more than 20 years of experience as an Executive and Operations Assistant, Shelley brings a strong background in high-level, confidential administrative support across a variety of industries.
Throughout her career, Shelley has demonstrated exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities. One of her proudest entrepreneurial accomplishments was developing and managing a therapeutic horseback riding center in Louisiana for 10 years. Through that work, she witnessed firsthand the profound connection between horses and people and hopes to continue impacting the lives of women through similar efforts in Tennessee in the future.
Shelley values family deeply and enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult children, and their families. Outside of the office, she loves gathering with friends to listen to music, spending time outdoors, and being actively involved at Covenant Presbyterian Church.
